Anti-Corruption
Importance and Mission
Anti-corruption measures and transparent business practices are integral to Sansiri's operations. They enhance the credibility and confidence of investors, financial institutions, and all stakeholders,
uphold and strengthen Sansiri's international reputation, mitigate legal and financial risks, foster a fair and ethical work environment, attract and retain top talent, cultivate strong and enduring relationships with business partners, government agencies, and regulators, reduce excessive operational costs, and promote good corporate governance. These factors collectively contribute to the Company’s long-term sustainability and success.
Conversely, neglecting these principles can adversely affect stakeholders, including shareholders who risk losing investment value and trust, employees who miss fair growth opportunities, customers who may receive inferior products or services, business partners deprived of transparent opportunities, and communities affected by unsustainable development. Moreover, corruption can indirectly affect environmental management and social responsibility, resulting in decisions that overlook long-term environmental, human rights, and community effects.
Sansiri is dedicated to conducting its business with careful consideration of both positive and negative economic, social, and environmental impacts through strict adherence to its anti-corruption policy. This commitment aims to create sustainable value for all stakeholders and contribute to the sustainable development of society.
