In recognition of its dedication to sustainable development, Sansiri has attained the highest SET ESG Ratings of “AAA” and continues to be listed among sustainable stocks for the sixth consecutive year.

Sansiri prioritises a comprehensive approach to supply chain management, encompassing partner selection and evaluation alongside procurement of goods and services. The evaluation criteria extend beyond quality and price to include the sustainability practices of partners, thereby fostering mutual sustainable growth. This strategy is anticipated to positively influence the delivery of goods and services while simultaneously enhancing the organisation's revenue and reputation over the long term.

Sansiri has been a member of the CAC Thailand's Private Sector Collective Action Coalition Against Corruption since 2017, highlighting its commitment to upholding a transparent and ethical organisation.

Sansiri has been awarded a 5-star rating, denoted as "Excellent," for its corporate govemance in 2025, marking the sixth consecutive year of this achievement. This commendable rating was granted in the Corporate Govemance Report of Thai Listed Companies (CGR) project, which is conducted by the Thai Institute of Directors (IOD) in collaboration with the Stock Exchange of Thailand.

Sansiri was honored with an award in the "ASEAN Asset Class PLCS" category from the 2024 ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ASEAN CG Scorecard), a program dedicated to evaluating the corporate governance standards of listed companies within the ASEAN region. Sansiri was assessed alongside prominent listed companies from six ASEAN member countries: Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, Indonesia, and Vietnam. This award recognises companies that achieve a corporate governance score of 97.50 or higher, underscoring Sansiri's dedication to enhancing its corporate governance standards to meet international benchmarks.

Sansiri has been honoured with the Wellness & Sustainability Leader award for the second consecutive year, acknowledging its dedication to enhancing residential standards. Presented by Terra BKK, this award distinctly illustrates Sansiri's leadership and proficiency in designing and providing homes that prioritise the health and well-being of their residents.
