Waste management of Sansiri residential project

Sansiri and Plus Property mandate that all residential projects effectively manage waste, promote landfill waste reduction, and enhance recycling efforts.

1. Install waste sorting bins in the common areas of each project, employing distinct symbols and colors to effectively categorize waste types, thereby facilitating residents' ability to separate their waste.
2. Separate recyclable waste, specifically paper, plastic, cans, and glass, which can be sold to generate income for project maintenance funds. Additionally, collaborate with companies experienced in managing recyclable waste for separation and transportation to recycling facilities.
3. Document the weight of waste with a form designed for the collection of monthly waste data. By 2025, Sansiri residential projects has recycled and reused up to 1,818 tonnes of waste.
