Sustainable Business Operations with Suppliers

Sansiri is dedicated to conducting its operations sustainably and equitably with its business partners. A policy and credit term framework has been implemented for each supplier, which includes a standard payment policy of 30 days. The credit terms assigned to each partner are based on several criteria, including the duration of the business relationship, the quality of their products and services, past performance, and other pertinent factors. In 2025, the actual average credit term was 25 days, exceeding the company's established standard, with no occurrences of late payments.
Sansiri also prioritises the selection of products and services from partners in the regions where its projects are operated, considering quality and ESG performance to support the local economy and promote shared sustainability. By 2025, procurement from partners in the Bangkok Metropolitan Area, where the company's projects are being implemented, constituted more than 85 percent of the total procurement value.
The Company acknowledges the significance of sustainable operations in partnership with its suppliers. This year, it has continued to engage with partners who possess expertise and a commitment to sustainability through the launch of "Sansiri Sustainable Home – Prototype 1," an innovative sustainable home prototype that integrates design, innovation, and eco-friendly materials. Sansiri has partnered with 18 leading Green Partners: WDC, PASAYA, Panake, SCG Q-CON, SONITE, SCG Insulation, Daikin, ION, Huawei, Nippon Paint, SMG Guardian, 3M, G-Life, SB, Starmark, Gelato, DOS, and Jorakay. Each supplier has been instrumental in introducing environmentally conscious products and innovations, including sustainable construction materials and finishes, efficient energy and water management systems, and technologies that enhance the quality of life and health of residents. This collaboration has facilitated a reduction in greenhouse gas emissions by up to 35%, which is equivalent to the environmental impact of planting over 14,300 trees. Additionally, it showcases the effectiveness of collaborative efforts within the green supply chain, contributing to elevated sustainability standards for both the Thai real estate industry and society as a whole.
