Sansiri has inspected the building structures of all projects after the earthquake

In response to the earthquake that occurred on March 28, 2025, which impacted residential areas across much of Thailand, Sansiri mobilised a specialised team to evaluate the structural safety of both low-rise and high-rise projects. The team comprised experts from relevant fields, including building engineers, designers, and quality control personnel. The evaluation encompassed five categories:

  • Structural work (columns, beams, floors, and foundations)
  • Architectural work (walls, ceilings, joints, and finishing materials)
  • Fire protection systems (fire extinguishers, sprinklers, and alarm systems)
  • Internal passenger elevator systems
  • Electrical systems

The inspection indicated that most building structures were robust and secure. However, where any damage was identified, the Company has initiated repairs to guarantee safety and provide peace of mind for residents.
