Water conservation innovations collaborative Project

In addition to advocating for efficient water usage, Sansiri has established a partnership with TOTO (Thailand) Co., Ltd. aimed at improving residential hygiene while ensuring the effective and environmental-friendly use of water resources. Through this collaboration, Sansiri endorses the integration of TOTO's innovative EWATER+ sanitary ware technology within its residential developments. This technology converts tap water into electrolyzed water for cleaning purposes. The system automatically applies EWATER+ following each use to clean the surfaces of the sanitary ware, including the spray nozzle and, in certain models, beneath the toilet seat, thereby minimising the buildup of bacteria and dirt without the necessity for harsh chemicals.

In 2025 operation, the advantages obtained from this collaborative project includes:

• Efficient water usage reduction: TOTO sanitary ware utilises only 3.8 liters of water per flush, resulting in a reduction of water consumption by approximately 21% in comparison to conventional sanitary ware.
• Enhancing hygiene and quality of life for residents through the contactless systems, odor control measures, and hygienic design principles.

Furthermore, the Company also selects other water-saving devices in the bathrooms, such as faucets and showerheads, to promote the responsible use of water in all aspects of living. This exemplifies Sansiri's commitment to integrating innovation, technology, and design to effectuate the sustainable development of residential projects in a tangible manner.
