Waste to Worth: Transforming Waste into Valuable Resources

Sansiri collaborates with DECAAR by SCG to repurpose construction waste materials, including roof tile scraps from Sansiri's projects and glass waste from surrounding communities, into high-quality landscape decorative materials and Ventola cement paving tiles. These tiles incorporate up to 40 percent recycled materials, aligning with the principles of a circular economy and promoting efficient resource utilisation.

This product holds the distinction of being the first in Thailand to obtain Circular Economy Carbon Footprint (CE-CFP) certification, reflecting a greenhouse gas emission rate of only 25.4 kgCO₂ equivalent per square meter. Furthermore, it features the SCG Green Choice label, which certifies products and solutions that are environmentally friendly and enhance the quality of life.

Sansiri has initiated the application of these materials in its flagship projects, such as Demi Mengjai and Narasiri Borommaratchachonnani, underscoring its commitment to minimising construction waste, adding value to residual materials, and fostering sustainable development in residential projects throughout the entire value chain.
